I was in India in... read more May and did a full medical examination which revealed the extremely swollen prostrate and I was advised that HOLEP would be the best treatment for me to take. On enquiry at Kokilaban, Miss Roshni took my case and I must say she was extremely professional with me from day one till now. She is a people person and takes good care of her clients in the best way possible. I sent my medical records and results which she shared with Dr. Shyam Varma who made a prognosis and proposed a treatment plan. The plan was quite acceptable and I came to India with my wife as my attendant. We arrived on 15th October and were received at the airport straight to the hospital for admission. I met Dr. Shyam in the evening on the same day, a very pleasant and professional gentlemen. A few tests were carried out and on 16th October at 11am I was taken to the theatre. The procedure was successful and I was treated so well by all the staff for the next 5 days I remained in the hospital. Miss Roshni referred us to a nearby hotel where we stayed for another 4 days before leaving Mumbai on 24th October. On our departure day, Miss Roshni sent a taxi to drop us to the airport and we were so grateful. I must also mention that she was very instrumental in the processing of our medical visas. As of now I feel a very significant change in my situation and no longer suffer the urinal deficits i used to experience. The expertise and professionalism of Dr. Shyam is totally manifested in my situation. I will not hesitate to refer both Dr. Shyam and Kokilaban Hospital to other people with the same complication, and any other issue since this is an international hospital that handles many areas.
